Like I had mentioned before I have been a bit busy with finals at the University. Had my final presentation in Latin American Theater and it was a big hit. I was really excited about that but now I have to do three more finals (yikes!). I thought I'd copy off Joanna over at A Cup of Jo (one of my favorite blogs) and round up a bunch of links to things I find interesting just to start your week.

My sister's boyfriend, Erick, is in a band and I have some of their songs on my phone... the other day I was listening to music and totally rocking out to a particular song I couldn't quite identify and suddenly I noticed the voice I was listening to was... Erick's! I feel so weird listening to his voice and singing along because I see him nearly 3 times a week and he's just Erick, my little sister's boyfriend.

Would you feel weird? if you turned on the radio and there was your boyfriend, sister's boyfriend or something along those lines? I know I feel funny but still jam out and love their music.

Oh dear! I was sitting here chilling and studying for my last two finals (Yay!) and I suddenly stopped and had the most insane craving for Pancakes. Literally at 12 in the morning as I read my way through Fyodor Dostoyevsky's novel, Notes From the Underground (which is really good by the way)

How crazy beautiful are these pictures taken by photographer Drobyshev Evgeny of this bar in Moscow? They looks so pretty I wouldn't mind living there! I'm not a big fan of pink since every time I am around it my age drops from the speculated 16-17 to 14 or so but I'd be willing to bypass that to just lounge around in this place.

A while ago I decided to start being healthier and this meant I had to give up a few things. One of those things (that has been the hardest) is my intake of coffee... and I will admit I sometimes have a cup here and there but I try and substitute that now with Tea! So now I try to brew myself tea in the morning and not coffee.

Tomorrow it starts! I am ready to roll!

Stating tomorrow I will try and keep this thing on full gear! I have been writing down ideas and trying to figure out how this thing works and how to post and what not but I think I am getting there now and I have plans for my little blog here. It may not be as old or fancy as most blogs out there but I like it and it is mine! So next week I will begin with a sort of weekly posting schedule for this new little friend here.

On Mondays: To start the week!

Basically links on things I find interesting to start the week off. Not too many and maybe just a short review but something that I know I'd love to start the week to. Coffee? Late mornings? A cute guy looking back at me? A good book or even a pretty alarm clock, Mondays are to start the week!

On Wednesday: Design inspiration

Not sure how good I'll be with this one but I looove interior design ideas and this will be the day to put them up here for people to look at.

On Fridays: Fashion Inspiration

Need I say more? I love fashion and have considered trying my hand at becoming a designer in the future but I've leaned more toward fashion photograpohy so this section I will post up anything from runways, clothes I'd love to get, polyvore sets, just things that catch my attention in the fashion world.

Those will be the things that I would love to keep up with with a few other sassy little things thrown in there every once in a while so thanks for tuning in and I hope you enjoy your stay!

First post, a little trial

Well I guess this counts as a first post for my new blog! I am Monica and this here will be a new blog for me My personal blog is another and this is more of an inspiration, fun blog for me to just share things with people I find interesting, pretty, inspiring or simply interesting. I hope I can keep this up since it tends to be hard for me to let go of my personal life and not mix it in with whatever I am writing.

Though I guess the basics you need to know about me is I am Monica, currently 22 years old. Art Student. Venezuelan. Spanish speaker. English Writer. Art Student. Sister. Daughter. Friend.
